Christopher Philhower, a soldier of the Revolution, died at his residence in Tewksbury township, in this county, on the 24th ult. He entered the army when but 16 years of age, and was present at the bloody sieges of Monmouth, Staten Island, and many others.

We understand that Mr. James Hill, who resides near the Hickory, in this county, met with a melancholy and sudden death on Sunday morning last, by the accidental discharge of his gun, while in the act of getting it to shoot a pheasant....
